Katie Hedman – Sales Executive
I grew up in southern Maine but first moved to North Carolina for college. After graduation, I moved to Florida for a year before making Raleigh my home. I have been in the event industry for two years! My favorite type of event to work on is weddings. I love helping couples bring their vision to life and getting to work with so many other talented vendors!
Kaitlin McConnell – Sales Executive
I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio and yes, I am a fan of all the CLE sports teams and my common saying when a game is lost is, "There is always next year!!" I started my career in private clubs, so, a different spin on the event industry. I was one of the Assistant Food and Beverage managers at a local country club and worked with CE on the food and beverage side. I became familiar with CE’s product and always loved when we had rentals provided by them to see all the pretty linens! When a job became available at CE I thought it would be a great idea to apply, and I'm so glad that I did!
John Bradford – Sales Executive
I’m originally from Winston-Salem, but 2019 marks my 20th year here in Raleigh. I’ve worked in the event industry for 29 years. I began with a concert production company in High School, then worked as a production manager during my college years and after graduation, was hired full time as an event coordinator for the university, while at the same time starting my own production company. In 1999, I came to Raleigh to work for a Corporate Events Production company and remained with them for the next 17 years. I have the most experience in corporate events, and I enjoy working with larger venues such as convention centers and arenas.
Meghan McFarland - Sales Executive
I entered the events industry as a wedding planner, and while I wouldn’t trade a second of it, my favorite, FAVORITE meeting with every bride was her CE Rental meeting. When a position opened up for me to play with fabulous linens and pretty china every day, I jumped at the chance! And the rest is history.
Alyssa Ruth – Sales Executive
I grew up in a beautiful rural town in New Jersey, but especially with the warmer weather down here, I’m thrilled to call Raleigh my home. I studied live event production & entertainment business in college, which was inspired by my love of live music. I started booking local concerts when I was 16 years old, worked as an audio technician after college, and then worked in event design and lighting for five years before I moved to Raleigh. I love the design side of events, which is why I have so much fun in showroom appointments!
Daniel Wannemacher – Sales Executive
I am from Hickory, NC and have been working in the special events industry for over 11 years (all at CE Rental!). Over the years I have had the honor of working in multiple Operations positions and now as part of our sales team. People always ask what some of my favorite events are. Unquestionably I enjoy working on the annual NC State Career Fairs. I have been working on these events for over 5 years. As the events have grown I have helped develop ways for us to increase our efficiency and production times. It is always fun to work closely with our delivery and install teams to find new ways to improve for the future!
